thanks for writing up our meeting Graham

after reading Darren K's material posted to nonscholae I feel more confident about putting the case for swimming in the big ocean, rather than the small, safe pool

Also a video by Ewan McIntosh is quite inspirational about introducting these tools - wrote this up here with link to original - highly recommended for ideas for that report you mentioned too

Thanks for the comment, Sue. It's always great to meet and connect with like minded educators - you can see how the connections can happen via blogging especially in this day and age where meeting each other in the flesh is difficult and infrequent to do. I'll keep a close eye on your class blog and when I get my class one going (I have to plan it with my tandem teaching partner and get her input) I'll post a link on my blog so you can compare. Best wishes for a great start to 2006.

Gee you write things up quickly. Yes I did enjoy yesterday. I have started my class blog wwonders@wordpress.com I am only just learning , but I hope it will be fun for the class. I would be interested in a SA Bloggers group please let me know if it gets off the ground. I hope the filtering problem does not change my ideas. There is always a way around things. Hope to hear from you again!!
