		<description>We are not there yet with regards to access but it is getting better.  I remember talking to a friend of mine in Northern Ontario who said that his town had a broadband pipe that was about 5mb.  That is for the entire area.  Satellite access is available but quite expensive.

On another note - okay Graham - now you really have me interested in your presentation at the K12 Online Conference!  Looking forward to some great ideas.</description>
