Enjoyed reading your post Graham. I always do actually. So, that makes me a fan.

Your reference to age and Dan Meyer&#039;s comment intrigues me. What is the average age of educators that blog I wonder? When one looks at the faces that appear in a Twitter line up dare I say that there a few baby boomers amongst them, yours truly included.

According to the Aging Hipsters web site a baby boomer is one born between 1946 and 1966. WIkipedia is even more specific and states that a baby boomer is not only born during that time period but delivered in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, or Australia.

I was born in 1958 and one of seven children. Six of us became teachers and one became a librarian. All of us baby boomers by definition.
